Order
An order becomes binding when NielsAI confirms price, scope and delivery date in writing. The invoice is sent after confirmation. All prices exclude VAT.
Delivery
The target is delivery within three business days after written confirmation and receipt of sufficient material. If input is missing, delivery time is paused.
Responsibility
NielsAI provides decision support, not legal advice, audit or a guarantee of business results. The customer owns and approves the final decision.
Cancellation
If work has not started, the order can be cancelled in writing. Once work has started, completed work may be invoiced.
